Shipping policy
How Our Orders Work All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Contrado, from their facility in London, UK. This means your item is handcrafted specifically for you before being shipped — please allow for both production and delivery time when placing your order.
Production Time Most orders are produced and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Production times may vary depending on the product. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as production days.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: 1–5 business days (95% of orders ship within 48 hours)
- International: 3–5 business days to most destinations, though remote areas may take longer
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
International Orders & Customs For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, or administration fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are entirely outside our control. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order, as we are unable to reimburse any such charges.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available. International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, TNT, or a similar courier service and include tracking.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
